WAWN Apartments is a family owned and operated real estate company based out of Marlton NJ. We are experienced managers of well-maintained residential and commercial properties, offering the highest level of service to our residents and customers.
We currently oversee eight multi-family apartment communities, several single family homes, three commercial medical buildings, and a vehicle storage facility, all of which are distinguished by unique features designed to meet the specific needs of our customers and residents.
We are particularly proud to have developed and own the first LEED Gold Medical facility in South Jersey. By incorporating features like Solar Power, Geothermal Heating & Cooling, and other energy saving installations, this building is estimated to use 38% less energy than a similar building using current standard design and construction practices. It’s through efforts like these that we can do more for the environment, more for our customers, and more for our communities.
